How Onsite Solution work?

We provides mobile solution at your doorstep. We also provide onsite solution where in our field technician will visit and resolve your mobile issue. To Book an Appointment, you need to visit our website www.onsitesolution. You can place service request on our website itself. Our customer service executive will call you back and confirm the order with expected time & prefer location of servicing.

What is the working hours?

We work 7 days a week between 9 am to 8 pm.

Does you provide repair warranty?

We provides upto six Months of warranty on the parts replaced. The warranty doesnot coverin case of physical damage by customer or by any other reason.

How can claim the warranty on the parts replaced by you?

If you are having issues with replaced parts, you need to email us at "onsitesolution.care@gmail.com". We will arrange the needful as soon as possible.

Is there any extra charges to claim the warranty on the parts repaired by you?

If the Problem in the replaced part is informed within 24 hours after replacement then no extra charges will applicable. If the problem is reported after that we will arrange revisit and Rs.499 will be applicable as technician visit charge in the case of onsite servicing.

What is not covered under warranty?

• Water damage / Physical damagee
• Blank Screen / Reflector Issue
• Any internal hardware damage

How can I make payment?

You can make payment via cash, Paytm, Google Pay, Phome Pe or Online Payment after the repair is completed.

Replace Faulty Parts

Replace faulty parts must be submited to our technician after repair/services of your device otherwise warranty will not covered.

Service/Visit charges

A minimum service/visit charges of Rs.499/- has to be paid in case of deny to repair or job will not completed or estimate cost will not approved.
